9 ounces white chocolate, cut into small pieces

3 Tablespoons Kirsch or Kahlua (optional)

2 Tablespoons water

1 ½ cups heavy cream

Place chocolate, Kirsch and water in a medium size bowl. Set in a pan of hot water (turn heat off!) and stir until melted. Let cool until about 85F

Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Carefully fold cream into cooled white chocolate mixture.
