Join us this summer for a week full of cooking, baking, learning, and competition as we dealve deep with our Culinary Boot Camp sessions in June and our Baking Boot Camp sessions in August
Kids will learn all about ingredients, cooking methods, developing flavor and making recipes their own!
 
Each camper will also receive our urbanCHEF t-Shirt America's Test Kitchen Cookbook for Young Chefs or Baking Book for Young Chefs (optional pick-up option for virtual).  We offer two classes, one for Elementary Age (entering grades 1 through 5) and one for Middle and High Schoolers
IN-PERSON OPTION - Kids will be spread out in the kitchen working individually and 6 or more feet apart. Class size is limited! Please wear a face mask. We'll be washing hands frequently and eating outdoors when weather allows. 
VIRTUAL OPTION - Join us for a live 90 minute Zoom based class from the comfort of your own kitchen! We'll provide a complete shopping list and equipment to have ready at the start of each class. Siblings are welcome to join in.
