2/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 T Vanilla extract
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream together the butter and sugar.
Mix together flour, baking soda and salt and add to butter and sugar mixture.
Add in milk, vanilla and eggs and whisk together.
Line cupcake pan with liners and spray, divide batter evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
