Veal Milanaise

Milanese (3 step breading)
4 veal cutlets
1st step- ½ c Flour
2nd step- 3 Eggs, plus ¼ c Half and half
3rd step- 2 c Panko bread crumbs
Season each step according to your preference. Coat the cutlets in each of the steps and fry in shallow oil until lightly browned on both sides.
