6 oz fish, sliced very thin - tilapia or firm white fish
1/2 cup Aji Amarillo
3/4 cup lime juice
2 garlic cloves
1" ginger, minced
Cilantro
In a blender or mortar mix lime juice, garlic and ginger, when blended add Ari Amarillo and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Spoon over the sliced fish and decorate with some cilantro leaves.
