Yield: 16oz (1 deli container)
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced 1 ea jar of orange marmalade (12.75oz) 3 Tbsp sambal oelek 2 Tbsp rice vinegar 2 Tbsp white sugar
1 Tbsp sriracha
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
In a small saucepot, add oil and once hot, add minced ginger. When sizzling, add all other ingredients, except lime juice and cilantro and bring to a boil then let simmer for 5 mins. Turn off heat and add lime juice and cilantro. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. (If too spicy, add more sugar to balance)
