1-1/2 ea sheets puff pastry
1 ea package exotic mushrooms
1/3 c Gruyere cheese, grated Fresh thyme (for garnish)
Thaw puff pastry and mushrooms. Once thawed, spread mushrooms evenly across the puff pastry, leaving nearly no border. Top with the grated Gruyere cheese and fresh thyme
Bake at 400°F until pastry is brown and crisp. Cut the full sheet of puff pastry into 15 pieces and the half sheet into 9 pieces. Serve in a shingled pattern on a large platter.
