Pappardelle Pasta

½ c Semolina
½ c Ap flour
1 egg
1 T oil
2 T water
Pinch salt
Combine flours. Combine egg, oil, water and salt and add to the flour. Knead until smooth and allow to rest at least 15 minutes. Process through a pasta maker to the thickness of fettuccini. Cut sheets to 12 inch lengths and cut each length in half lengthwise.
