12oz shredded pork or chx

3 Tbsp mole plus 2 Tbsp water

Crème fraiche

Salsa verde

Guacamole:

5 ea avocados

2 ea roma tomatoes

1/2 ea small red onion, small diced

2 ea jalapenos, deseeded small diced

2 ea limes, fully squeezed for juice

1 Tbsp paprika

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cayenne pepper

Kosher salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste
