½ c cabbage
½ red bell
½ c carrot
3 green onions
4oz dried lo mein noodles
1 tbs sesame oil
3 tbs soy sauce
1 tea sugar
1 tbs mirin
For Sauce mix soy sauce, sugar, mirin set aside.
Boil noodles according to package’s instructions. Meanwhile, sauté all the vegetables until slightly soft then add noodles and season with sauce mixture
