12 ounces of creme cheese, softened
6 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into 6 pieces and softened
1 1/2 tbsp sour creme
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
electric mixer w/ paddle attachment
With a stand mixer or hand mixer combine all ingredients except sugar until smooth. Slowly add sugar, a little at a time and beat until smooth. Continue beating until light and fluffy.
