1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 tbs oil
2 cups frozen corn
2 tomatoes
¼ lbs andouille
1/8 c green onions
salt and pepper
Sauté ’andouille in 1 tbs oil until golden brown then transfer to plate add onion and cook until translucent add bell pepper next, when pepper is soft add corn and sausage back to pan season and add green onions.
