1-1/2 ea sheets puff pastry
1 ea package caramelized onions (32oz)
1/3 c goat cheese, crumbled Pinenuts (for garnish)
Balsamic glaze (for garnish)
Thaw puff pastry and caramelized onions. Once thawed, spread onions evenly across the puff pastry, leaving nearly no border. Top with the crumbled goat cheese.
Bake at 400°F until pastry is brown and crisp. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with pine nuts. Cut the full sheet of puff pastry into 15 pieces and the half sheet into 9 pieces. Serve in a shingled pattern on a large platter.
