2 cups of broccoli (cut into small pieces, including the stems)
1 scallion thinly sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup raisins
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
Dressing
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon
Dash Sesame oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all dressing ingredients and add to cut and sliced vegetables
