Makes a 9” pie
1 1/2 cups of pecans
3 whole eggs
1 cup of sugar
3/4 of a cup of corn syrup
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350F.
Roll the pie dough and line a 9" pie pan.
Combine remaining ingredients. Fill the pie shell and bake, covered at 350° for about 30 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
