6 eggs
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
4 Mushrooms , chopped
Spinach, chopped
3 Colored mini peppers , diced
2-3 cloves Garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
Gruyère Cheese or cheddar/ jack blend
Mix eggs in a bowl, add cream. Set aside. Shred cheese.
Sauté veggies in oil in 10” iron skillet, add garlic.
Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
Pour in egg mixture, top with cheese.
Place in preheated oven, Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until cooked thru.
You can add what ever vegetables you like.
