Cream Cheese Buttercream

Yield: Frosts 24 cupcakes
2 pounds powdered sugar
1 pound unsalted butter, softened 4 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
In a large mixing bowl with a paddle cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth. Add the heavy creamand vanilla and mix until well incorporated. Cover with plastic until ready to use.
