Apple Cider Brine

2 cups apple cider

2 Tbsp kosher salt

2 Tbsp black peppercorns

1 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp granulated garlic

1 Tbsp ground ginger

1 Tbsp red pepper flakes

1 sprig fresh rosemary

1 sprig fresh sage


Bring all ingredients to a boil together in a small pot. Once at a boil, remove from heat and add 2 cups of cold water or 2 cups of ice. Use brine on any meats (chicken, pork, turkey, etc.)
