1 can pumpkin puree 1 can condensed milk 2 eggs 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 425F.
Roll the pie crust and line the pie dish.
Mix remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, lower the heat to 350 and bake for another 30 to 40minutes, until the pie is set in the middle. Allow to cool.
