3 cups flour

3 tbs sugar

½ salt

4 tsp baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

¾ cup butter

2 egg

1 cup whole milk

Combine all dry ingredients stir together, in separate bowl combine 1 egg and milk set aside, cut very cold butter into flour and mix until butter is pea sized. Mix in liquid just until combined pat into a disc and set in fridge for 30 minutes. after 30 take out of fridge and turn out onto floured surface. Fold in half then fold the half in half then pat into a rectangle and cut into 6 biscuits and put on a tray and into freezer for 15 minutes. cook in preheated 450 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
