Béchamel Sauce

3 Tbsp butter

4 Tbsp flour

2 cups milk.

Melt butter in a saucepan and when melted, whisk in the flour. Cook for a minute, do not allow to brown. Whisk in milk and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
